We deliver your order either using EMS/Ghana Post or Veritas/Speedaf Couriers, depending on your location.
In most cases, orders will be delivered within 24 hours after dispatch of packages. We suggest to allow 2 - 6 business days to receive your order.
Please note during high volume sale periods during Christmas etc or new product releases there may be minor delays - we appreciate your patience during this time!
Once dispatched, you will be contacted via email or phone to confirm delivery.

We deliver in Ghana outside the capital for a GHS20 charge to all regions. These parcels will be sent with EMS/Ghana Post, who deliver door-to-door or to the nearest Post Office, from where you will be contacted for pickup.
We have distribution centres based in Australia, UK and USA so if you are based in these countries or a country close to these regions, we suggest heading to the relevant website to place your order, as shipping times and prices will be much more reasonable.
If you are based within Africa, we will deliver to you via DHL or Fedex. The freight will be calculated based on the dimension/weight of the parcel and your location. We will obtain a quote and contact you to discuss prior to finalising your order.
To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Adinkra Designs will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Once shipped, Adinkra Designs does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery timeframe, Adinkra Designs will assist you to open a case enquiry with the courier in question.
We are not liable for physical loss or damage to the goods in transit.
If delivery attempts fail, the parcel will often be taken to an agent where the parcel will be held for collection for a limited period of time. Any items deemed undeliverable or returned due to non collection, the customer is then liable for additional shipping charges for redelivery. No refunds will be processed for undeliverable items.
Upon application, wholesale customers will be provided with information regarding freight charges for wholesale orders.
