Returns and Exchanges

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions: 

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unused with all original tags attached and packaging and in original condition.
  • Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you, excluding the full delivery costs incurred by Adinkra Designs. Once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all return delivery costs. Please note that Adinkra Designs are not responsible for any lost incoming parcels or parcels damaged during transit.

HANDMADE VARIATIONS

All of our items are handmade, and slight variations from the item pictured or size dimensions listed may occur. Please keep in mind the unique nature of your purchase when evaluating a product for a return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding. 

RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?

All items are quality inspected prior to sending, however in the rare case you receive an item with a fault, Adinkra Designs will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding or replacing the product in question. Faulty item claims must be reported to us immediately upon receiving your parcel.
